Steps involved in online Registration Process are as follows:

  • Read all the documents related to admission procedure.
  • Complete Online Registration form.
  • Make online payment towards registration.

For Admission to PP-I (Nursery), PP-II (LKG) and PP-III (UKG)

  • Attend ‘Face to Face’ interaction Session as per the schedule shared with you and submit necessary documents. Please refer to the admission schedule on our website www.tvis.edu.in for details.

Documents to be carried for the ‘Face to Face’ Interaction Session?

You need to carry the following documents along with you on the day of “’Face to Face’ Interaction Session”

a) Printout of Registration Confirmation Slip:

b) Student’s Birth Certificate:

  • Self-attested (by parents) photocopy of Birth Certificate (issued by the Municipal Corporation). Birth Certificates issued by doctors/ Nursing Homes/ Hospitals and affidavits will not be accepted.

c) Aadhar Card:

  • Self-attested (by Parents) Photocopy of Student’s Aadhar Card / Aadhar Card Enrollment Receipt
  • Self-attested Photocopy of Father’s Aadhar Card
  • Self-attested Photocopy of Mother’s Aadhar Card

d) Address Proof:

  • If your address filled in the Registration Form is different from Aadhar card of Father/Mother then any one of the following documents can be submitted : Electricity bill, Telephone bill, Ration Card, Gas Bill, Vera (House Tax), Voter Id Card, Driving License, Passport, Bank Passbook, LIC Policy

e) Passport Photograph:

  • Four recent passport size colour photograph of Student, and one recent passport size colour photograph of Father and Mother.

For Admission to Grade-1 to 9

  • Attend the ‘TVIS-SAT’ (Please refer to the registration confirmation email for the schedule).
  • On completion of online registration process and payment of processing fee you will receive an email with documents to be brought.
  • If selected after ‘TVIS-SAT’, both the parents and the candidate to attend ‘Face to Face’ interaction session (only if shortlisted for the next round) as per the schedule displayed on the school website along with the result.

Documents to be carried for the ‘TVIS-SAT’?

You need to carry the following documents along with you on the day of ‘TVIS-SAT’

a) Printout of Registration Confirmation Slip:

  • Self-attested Photocopy of Student’s Aadhar Card / Aadhar Card Enrollment Receipt
  • Self-attested Photocopy of Father’s Aadhar Card / Aadhar Card Enrollment Receipt
  • Self-attested Photocopy of Mother’s Aadhar Card / Aadhar Card Enrollment Receipt

f) Passport Photograph:

The form will only require basic data of candidate and both the parents. Please ensure details filled up online are correct to avoid complications later. Also check all spellings and ensure that they match with the documents. Please refer to the sample filled in registration form given for your reference.

Yes, you need to pay Rs.3500/- (for Nur to Class X) and Rs. 4000/- (for Class XI and XII) towards registration fees. After you complete filling the registration form online and click submit, you will be directed to a payment gateway. Using your Credit Card/ Debit Card/ UPI / Internet Banking services you can make the necessary payment.

Yes, you have to submit or upload candidate’s and parent’s (Father and Mother) Photos, candidate’s Birth Certificate and parent’s Aadhar Card while filling the online registration form. Please read the general instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form. Once you submit online registration form and payment of registration charges you will receive an Email with the details of list of documents to be submitted on the day of ‘TVIS SAT / Face to Face’ Interaction Session.

Yes, Child is required to attend the ‘Face to Face’ Interaction Session. Both the parents along with the child are required to attend the same.

Both parents play a significant role in the growth of a child, hence it is requested that both parents be present at the time of ‘Face to Face’ Interaction session & Admission process.

Once submitted and online payment made, alterations/changes, howsoever minor, will not be allowed on the Registration Form.The submitted Form cannot be retrieved to make changes, hence such requests will go unanswered. It is expected that all information given under ‘Admissions’ link on the school website be thoroughly read and understood, before the Form is filled up, to avoid any mistakes. Special care should be taken while filling up the details like Name of the candidate and Date of Birth.

No, only the Date of Birth Certificate issued by a Municipal Corporation will be accepted. Birth certificate issued by a Doctor/Nursing Home/Hospital and Affidavit will be not acceptable.

First, you must check your email ID’s Spam/Junk mail and also ensure that you filled up the correct email ID and mobile number in the Form. If you still find that no SMS/E-mail has been received, you should write to admissions@tvis.edu.in mentioning the Registration Form No. (if noted), Name of the Candidate, Date of Birth, Parent’s Name, Class Applied For and Date on which Application was submitted online along with the proof of payment made successfully towards registration.

As soon as your payment is made and proceeded further, you will receive an Email with complete details of ‘TVIS SAT / Face to Face’ Interaction Session, along with the list of documents to be submitted by you on the day of ‘TVIS SAT / Face to Face’ Interaction Session.

It is strongly advised that you write to admission committee on the email id admissions@tvis.edu.in mentioning the Registration Number, Name of the Candidate, Parent’s Name, Date of Birth, Class Applied For and Date on which Application was submitted online. You can also call the Admissions counsellor at 7698007606.

You can send your request at admissions@tvis.edu.in with the proof of payments made twice. Admission Committee will revert back to you after receiving confirmation from the banker.

We suggest you register the candidate only once for online registration process and wait for an email confirmation from admission committee. If you do not receive any email from us (please verify your spam/Junk folders) you may write to us at admissions@tvis.edu.in. If you register second time without waiting for the confirmation, there will be no refund and automatically the second registration will be cancelled.

NO. The registration charges are NOT refundable/ transferable.

Yes, Chrome is the recommended browser and we advise parents to register online using a desktop or laptop to avoid any errors in entering data in the online registration form. On line Registration using Mobiles phones & tablets is not advisable.

Yes, Parents can visit the campus when they come for the ‘Face to Face’ Interaction Session as per schedule shared. In case they want to visit earlier they can do so by taking a prior appointment with School through Admissions councellor between 3:30 to 4:30pm (Monday to Saturday).

No, As the fee structure for session 2025-26 has been finalized by the competent authority, this is the final fee structure.

Yes, A standardised Medical Test report is mandatory from the school’s approved hospital, details of which will be provided at the time of declaration of result.

TC is to be submitted before the start of Academic Session. Provisional Admission granted will be cancelled in case it is not submitted on time.
